These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IsoSentry website and services (the “Services”). By visiting the Site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1) Online store terms

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you will not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2) Product information and intended use

Our products are intended for bench measurements in electronics and power electronics. High-voltage measurements can be hazardous. You are responsible for using the product safely and in accordance with the provided documentation and safety guidance.

Any ratings, categories, or markings described on product pages may be based on design intent and in-house verification unless explicitly stated as third-party certified.

3) Pricing and availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

4) Orders and payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be received before an order is shipped (unless otherwise agreed). If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

6) Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

7) Warranty

Warranty terms are described in our documentation and Support/Warranty pages. Misuse, over-voltage, improper setup, and unauthorized modifications may void warranty coverage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IsoSentry and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services or products.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IsoSentry from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services or products.

All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to IsoSentry and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11) Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law principles.
